  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received. Ursulaa.online is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
